OPB RADIO continues its literary bent this week. On Thursday, Think Out Loud host Dave Miller chatted with Mohamed Asem, author of the memoir Stranger in the Pen, which details Asem’s experience of being detained overnight in Gatwick Airport in London in July of 1986.
Stranger in the Pen is the latest title from Portland’s Perfect Day Publishing, a publishing partner of Propeller Books. Portland readers interested in Asem’s book and experience can see him in person at a book release event on October 25th at Literary Arts.
Propeller occasionally alerts readers to media appearances by Oregon writers, as a (literary) public service.
